1″ Safety Key for Proform & Weslo Treadmills
The safety key for the Weslo Treadmill did not work. It is much smaller than the one I had originally and of course did not fit.

I had lost my key to turn on my treadmill; so it was not used in approx 2 years. Finally ran across a replacement. It was shipped fast and works like a charm. Unfortunately, I STILL have yet to start back using my treadmill:)

Unfortunately the key wouldn’t fit into the slot to my treadmill not sure why but I couldn’t get it to go in. I did email Treadmill Doctor the same day I received the item and as of yet have not received a response. Instead of returning the item I just threw it out. The return policy, though crystal clear is just a tad too much, not worth returning something so small. The item is priced at $9.99, and the shipping is also $9.99. It costs nearly as much to return the item as you lose the shipping and are charged an additional 15% restocking fee. It wasn’t worth the time or the postage.
What I recommend to folks is to go directly to the treadmill manufacturers web site. I did and found that the key I needed was only $2.33. I ordered three keys. The shipping was $9.99, but I didn’t feel like I was overcharged.

I have a Proform 770 EKG that has been in storage for over 5 years. We couldn’t find the key when it was finally taken out of storage. It was very easy to find on Amazon and it came faster than promised. Very pleased with my purchase.
