I have used this machine for over 7 months. When you look at machines it is importanat to look at the weight it can handle if your a bigger person trying to loss weight. well i lost 15 lbs using this machine. It was really nice to give your self goals to move up in. sinc ethis machine can change percent grade and speed it was nice. The only problem with it was in the beginning. I was not adjusted right and made a horrible racket when it was turned on. So i tightend the motor and it was fixed. Also it is not easly at all to oil under the belt. But the display everyitng has been ran every day almost since i have had it.

MUCH better than expected: quiet (almost silent), easy to change speeds and elevation; easy to install (five pieces, i installed it alone, but two people would be easier). As good as fitness center equipment; solid and light enough to move by yourself. Only downside was the key wasn’t included so we had to wait, and customer service is only open 9-5 M-F, but once we made contact they FEDEXed it and we had it in three days.

I am so far very happy with the treadmill. My husband had an easy time setting it up. My only real complaint is with the shipping company. ABF was horrible with getting it to me when they were supposed to and I hope Amazon switches companies.
