I use these balls at The Little Gym and they’re great for the kids. They are soft and the kids can grip them easily. The kids love them; therefore I love them!

When I was in physical therapy they had me using one of these balls. It is just the right weight for me having fibromyalgia. It does come with a workout video but I have not watched it I just do the exercises that I learned in PT. It is very high quality and bright green color is cheerful, makes me want to pick it up and use it. Highly recommend.

If you’re into fitness and want to incorporate new challenges, the balance ball is definitely a great buy. The size of the ball is perfect for sit ups, push-ups and various other positions. I am really glad I have added it to my workout collection and what’s better, it serves a dual purpose as a chair, too! I use it more than I use my stool at the computer now! I do find that I have to add air more often than I thought I would but it’s by no means an inconvenience or hassle.

i ended up ordering 2 of these since the price was so great, and 2 yrs later both are still in great condition. I use them as chairs in my office and at home. I notice after some time or change in weather i do need to inflate just a little to retain the best fit. I also use it during exercise and love it! it’s fun and forces you to isolate the muscle group you are working, otherwise you will lose balance. It comes with a great poster showing some standard exercises that are plenty to get you started.

I recommended these balls to some friends, and 3 bought them and are happy with their purchase.

I also purchased a yoga mat from this company. I would say these guys offer inexpensive, great quality products overall

The first one I purchased had a slow leak and the second one after about two weeks burst dropping me painfully on the floor. Please note it says “burst resistant” not burst proof.

So many weightlifters and people do not use this medicine ball. The medicine ball utalizes every ounce of your deeper muscle fibers in your body to strenghten the whole core and also increase strenght to weight training. It brings balance and stablity to your overall body and also helps those inner fibers from being hurt in case you doing regualr lifting. it strenghtens it at a deeper degree than normal weightlifting can. It is a product that is a must have especially at this price.

I just ordered this item for my 3 1/2 year old son who has Autism. The only good thing that came out of an otherwise disastrous meeting with an ill-trained and unprepared “professional” OT is that she had this item in her office. My son immediately went to it. He bounced. He laughed. He lay on it backwards, and rolled backwards and exclaimed happily ” I’m upside down”. He doesn’t usually speak in front of new people…. I know this Sensi-Saddle Roll will be very useful for him at home. He was using it well, until the “professional” interfered.

So, if you are a parent looking for ways to implement OT in the home (my son needs physical activity in the morning) I highly recommend this item.
