The ball arrived timely, but the ball doesn’t stay inflated when I blow it up. I must have missed something when I opened the package. Should there be a plug to seal the valve? I can’t use this product.

Really good piece of equipment. It does take some pressure off the back allowing for better crunches. Make sure you get the size that will fit you the best. I went for the 65, I think the biggest they had, which turned out to be a little big but well worth it. I’ve had it for more than 4 months now. I can easily do 100 crunches at a time now. Just need to motivate yourself to practice.

This ball after tax and shipping ended up costing me like 14 or 15 bucks! I could of gone to a sporting goods store and bought one for like 8 dollars. When I used it, its not very easy and it kills my back!!!! What a waste of money!!!
