Lost one star because of the pump. Honestly, these balls come with all kinds of pumps, but the hand pump that is shaped like a squid works the best by FAR. I always keep mine around, and throw the ones that come with “unenlightened” balls. If you don’t believe me, try them when the ball has no air. It’s very obvious then.
But discarding that topic, this is a really great exercise ball, especially if you have cellulite. I have used an exercise ball as my office chair for years, and just switched to this. It might be a little painful if you are really thin. And sitting on it in shorts is just NOT GOOD. But if you have a well padded rear end, it really helps get the circulation going!
It does kind of look like a torture device, so if your office is in view of others, well just be prepared for comments….

This is an excellent product, very useful and the massaging texture helps to relax tense muscles in the lower back.
