Pros:

-thick, durable, no smell.

Cons:

-GREASY. You rub your fingers on the ball, and they get greasy. May be non-toxic, but still, that’s just gross.

-PEELS – the top layer peels off, either with time, or when you try to wipe the grease off with a towel.

Pump is “good enough”.

  • I am not yet satisfied that I will be able to blow up this ball to a 65 mm diameter. I have pumped it up 4 times now with the pump that was provided with the product. I am trying to find a heavy duty pump that will blow it up larger. If I can not, I will be returning it. M

  • The Fitness Ball does not seem to hold air very well and I need to top it off almost every day to retain the level of firmness that I desire. Would recommend potential buyers shop around for a product that does not need this much attention.

  • Ordered this to work on core strength for lower back porblems. The accompanying DVD is not that useful – exercises are done too qickly to follow along, but good for demonstration purposes. I am 5′9″ and this ball (65cm) is actually a little too big for me (although I ordered according to guidelines). It is a little difficult to fill to correct size b/c there is no included measuring band and the hand-pump is a little tedious. But I like the ball and ordered a book to accompany for exercise guidance

  • I’m using the ball for an office chair and it’s great! my back has improved a good bit.
