The ball is only 7″ & the dvd calls for a 12″ ball. I couldn’t do everything on the dvd because it was too difficult for me with a smaller ball.

Aside from the atrocious smell of this thing, it is pretty good. This made me realize how out of shape I really am. The crunches are SO much more intense with this than without.
It took about one month for the vinyl-chemical smell of this to subside. Another issue I found, is that it tends to lose air slowly, so each time I use it I must re-inflate it a bit. Perhaps that is normal, I don’t know….I never had one before.

The little ball is great and has not broken on me yet. I have had it for over 1 year. The video is great and you can really feel the burn on your abs the next day.
